GPS Unit That Helps You Find Your Way
Monday, September 15th, 2008We had relatives from Baltimore visit us recently. When they arrived they wanted to travel to see my boys football game, but we were not able to get directions to them in time. Well with their GPS navigation system they found out where we were and was able to arrive in time for the games. Is giving people directions becoming a thing of the past? For me personally, I hope so because I am not good at giving directions.
The GPS navigation map covers millions of areas of interest, it can lead you to the closest ATMs or gas station. The large screen makes it easy to read at a glance. It also can provide the driver with real-time traffic updates. The unit can be easy removed and slipped into a bag, pocket or glove compartment. You can use it wherever you need it. I am so glad my relatives had this unit, we had a fun day of football and they were able to see their nephews play for the first time.

My husband and I just got got back from a trip to North Carolina. We flew there but then after landing got a rental car and drove the 20 or so miles to the convention center to the conference I was attending. This was new unchartered territory for us, so we had taken my husband’s TomTom GPS system along. Boy, was I glad we did. The ever familiar, robot like voice of the TomTom assuredly telling us which left or right to take was a welcomed sound in the tiny little rental car.
