Indoor Grills
by staffblogger
One of my favorite food shows is 30 Minute Meals with Rachel Ray. One of the things she uses on the show that I absolutely love is the indoor grill pan she has on her stove. I have been envious of her grill pan a long time.
Finally, I broke down and bought one. What a smart purchase. You can do so many things with this handy dandy kitchen tool. You can literally turn your kitchen into your backyard, bringing the outdoors in any time of the year without pulling out the charcoal or making sure you have propane. Just turn on your stove and you’re ready to go.

You can grill virtually anything on the pan, and it has easy clean up too. What could be better? So, if you need some grilled flavor but don’t want to get out in the heat, why not grill something up inside with an indoor grill pan or indoor grill?

I have also been envious of her grill too. Maybe someday I’ll get one of my very own! For now, I’m just jealous of you.

We had an indoor one for years and really enjoyed it. It comes in real handy if you’re doing regular and bbq cooking at the same time and it’s just you.
We wore the thing out and never replaced it and ocassionally, I want it back for specific meals. But now I’m totally into doing entire meals on the barbecue outside and you can’t really do that on the small space of the indoor. The cool thing about the outside barbecue is clean up is a whole lot easier.

We have one of those stoves with a grill in the middle. I love my stove! But yeah the cleaning up is why I don’t use it that much. Easier to clean outside.

I’ve envied Rachel’s grill for a while too. It’s on the list - keep your fingers crossed that someday hubby will read that list!
