How Do You Say That?

While reading, sometimes you come across books where the author uses foreign words, usually Latin or French. What gets under my skin is, learning about the definition from a dictionary is not enough. I like to ‘hear’ the words in my head while reading. This is an irritant.
When I found Forvo.com, I was in love! Thousands of users around the world pronounce words for you to listen to in their native tongue. It’s like having a friend who is well versed in any language to ask, “How do you say that?”.
Oh besides for reading - it’s also nice to finally be able to say words in other languages without being afraid if you said it right or not. Neato! Recommended and I think a good way to help expose kids to other languages. I’m getting excited about contributing to this site too.
