Clean Drinking Water Anywhere

Watching the news here in a doctor’s office. They are showing off some products from the military convention.
One item I really like is a water bottle that also filters and cleans undrinkable water and makes it drinkable. They put something like lake water or something in the water bottle, pump it a few times an voila! Clean water you can drink is dispensed. Very neat.
I thought I’ve seen something like this on the market before. Have you? Do you know where to get them?
