Almost everyone is making a New Year’s Resolution to loose weight. After all it is one of the most common resolutions that Americans make every year, but how do you make it happen. One good way to shed points is to exercise and walking is one of the best ways to exercise.
But, keeping up with your progress is important too, so you should grab yourself a Pedometer, strap it on or carry it with you as you walk so that you can brag when you’ve walked 3 miles one day. It not only will help keep you motivated but will track your progress.
